Grapes PDF Pattern

The construction of the Grapes feature seventeen wooden beads threaded onto a small wooden stem and a simple embroidered leaf in abstract form.

This pattern is designed for woven fabrics. We recommend using a light to medium weight [4oz to 7oz] cotton, linen or natural blended fabric. 

When choosing a wood dowel for the Grapes, be sure to choose a hard wood, such as; birch, oak or maple as hard wood dowels are less likely to split when cutting and drilling.

For twine, we prefer a 12-strand organic hemp twine.

When choosing a fabric adhesive, be sure to choose one which dries clear and remains flexible. We prefer a neutral pH adhesive when working with plant dyed fabrics.
